Your tenancy agreement

Your individual tenancy agreement explains your rights and responsibilities, how your rent and services work and what to do if issues arise.

If you breach your tenancy agreement you risk losing your home.

Home contents insurance

We offer affordable home contents insurance exclusively for our customers. While we insure the structure of your home through our building insurance, this does not cover your personal belongings.

Home contents insurance helps protect your items against unexpected damage or loss, including fire, flooding, theft, vandalism or burst pipes. You can take out cover through the scheme available to all our customers, or arrange your own policy with another provider.
